It seems like every time the President speaks he says something that blows my mind…and not in a good way.  I knew he had a healthy sense of audacity, but check out what he actually said in a town hall type speech in Arnold, MO yesterday:

“I have personally asked leadership to pass into law, rules that follow the simple principle: you pay for what you spend.  So that government acts like any responsible family does.  Want a new program?  You’ve got to pay for it.  We can’t rest until we restore the fiscal discipline that will keep us from leaving our children with a mountain of debt.”

Are you kidding me?  Come on.  Even Obama supporters have to admit this is a bit much.  This guy wants to triple our national debt in the next ten years or so and he has the nerve to say this with a straight face?  Give me a break!
